A LIGHTHOUSE is a high tower or building; the upper part is called “the lantern.” So let your light shine before men so that through you they may see Christ. Remember that someone is watching, and your example may be the light that sets them on the right path. Look for opportunities to be a light to people and let it shine.
Seven Aspects Of Repentance
The Apostle Paul is acknowledged as a highly trained theologian. He was tutored by the most renowned teacher of his day, Gamaliel. 1 Paul’s writings often reflect his deep theological background with a level often lost upon untrained readers. In addition, he is reported to have had personal encounters with the Lord, once on the road to Damascus and in Arabia. 2 In his writings, some things can often go right over our heads. He often uses very complex thoughts and theological language, so we can miss what he's saying when we read specific passages. At times we need to look closely to benefit fully from his inspired insights.

Relish The Journey; The Destination Is A Plus.
Do not focus so much on tomorrow that you lose sight of today. In the classic works, Acres of Diamonds, by Russell Conwell, he tells of a wealthy landowner in ancient Persia who pretty well had it made. Life was good, with a loving family; barns full, at peace with the world; Ali Hafed was... Continue Reading →
We Are Members Of God’s Family Because We Do His Will
We can know that we are God's family members; Jesus said so! (Mat. 12:50) "for whosoever shall do the will of My Father in Heaven, the same is My brother, My sister, and My mother.” Jesus is telling us that if we are members of God's family, we have the most important responsibility: doing the... The Cloud In The Wilderness
There’s seemingly only a Peripheral Understanding of the Extraordinary Presence in the Cloud that accompanied the Children of Israel as they sojourned thru what we call their “Wilderness Years.” What should we know about this Continuing Phenomenon, and what part did it play in Israel Inheriting the Promise? Exodus 13:21-22 explains an enormously extra-ordinary phenomenon... Continue Reading →
